Refund Policy - the basics

At AuraLeaf™, we take great care to ensure that every package reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is wrong, damaged, or expired, we’re here to help.

You are eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  1. Wrong Product Delivered – If the item you received is different from your order.

  2. Damaged Package – If the tea pouch or container is torn, leaked, or visibly damaged upon delivery.

  3. Expired Product – If the product has passed its expiry or best-before date when received.                                                                                                    📦 Conditions for Return

  4. 1.The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  5. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

  6. Proof such as photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided.

Refund or Replacement Process

  1. Email us at [your support email] or WhatsApp at [your contact number] with your order ID and photos of the issue.

  2. Our team will review and confirm within 2–3 business days.

  3. Upon approval, you may choose between:

    • A replacement shipment, or

    • A full refund to your original payment method.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used tea products.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.

  • Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges may apply as displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently not available.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹40 to 149 .

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
    You can use this link to check the live status of your shipment.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the damaged item and packaging.

  • In case of lost shipments or delivery delays beyond 10 days, please reach out to us — we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
